ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF SYNDICATES FOR THE RESTRUCTURING OF THE CNT/AIT
TO ALL THE AIT SECTIONS
The National Conference of Trade Unions convened by the “Levante Regional” was held from June 25th to June 26th as a previous step towards a congress process for the restructuring of the CNT/AIT.
The “Levante Regional” would like to pass the following conclusions related to the AIT on to the union members of the syndicates from all the sections:
It is necessary for all the AIT sections to know about the congress process promoted by the “Levante Regional”, as well as the reason which has promoted it. The Trade Unions of eastern Spain , expelled because of their compromise with the Principles, Tactics, and Aims (PTF) which rule the organic regulations of the CNT, are against the authoritarian, vertical and reformist drift of the CNT.
The reformist CNT is trying to give the image to the different sections of the AIT, that expelled unions are affinity groups without any trade union activity at all. The AIT sections ought to know that this is not true. The expelled unions have never ceased to be syndicates keeping on with their labour conflicts and information support to the workers, as well as carrying out a strong activity in support of the campaigns and conflicts of the federated syndicates that are critical with the reformist line. This is evidenced by numerous actions like the pickets in support of the conflict against Red Cross (Cruz Roja) in Alicante; the campaign against the layoffs in Mercadona; against The Phone House, and so on. This information can easily be found on the Internet. Trade union activity has never been left aside. On the contrary, for the expelled syndicates the anarcho-syndicalist activity represents a continuous work of support, diffusion and the promotion of the labour conflicts, which constitute the opportunity to start reaching the ideological and practical workers self-tuition, and according to our ideas, they are the catalyst for the revolutionary strike. They, the reformists, are the ones who want the CNT to stop being anarcho-syndicalist, not us.
The Levante syndicates, attendant of the conference mentioned above, are expressing our support to the AIT, as well as our rejection to the creation process of a renewed AIT or a new International, that the reformist CNT is plotting, along with other syndicates such as the SAC. In spite of the blockade of the AIT circulars on the part of the official CNT, we are aware of the huge work displayed by the AIT sections and we know that the assertion of their supposed «little dedication to trade union work» -claimed by the syndicates fostering the reformist re-founding process in AIT- is not justified. It is completely clear for us that their contempt for the actions of international solidarity has to do with their pursuit of turning into a professional job the trade union work . Here in Spain it has led to the creation of an abomination such as the Confederate Technical Bureau or GTC (Gabinete Técnico Confederal) which is absorbing the confederate funds and has been also pushing the syndicates into their ideological line. They are real customers of the corrupt elite ruling CNT up to this day because of their taking advantage on an unfair voting system. The yellow trade-unionism model that they want to establish, has not only shown to be an ineffective system itself, but would lead us to lose the ideals our organization is fighting for. We make a call to the international membership to open their eyes and to tackle the reformist attempt of re-founding the AIT.
We wish to draw the attention to the fact that in the XI Congress of the CNT, held in Zaragoza in December 2015, there was no clear agreement on the process of re-founding the AIT, on the organization of a new international, or the adoption of another way to unionism. The agreements on the re-founding of the AIT mentioned in the official web of CNT do not exist.
We consider that the resolutions of the XI/Eleventh Congress concerning the AIT were against the statutes of the CNT, as it was the case of the anarcho-syndicalist unions expulsion. A great number of the official CNT assemblies know it and disagree with those expulsion processes.
We support the international fight of the workers.
We are going to maintain working relations among the anarcho-syndicalists in Spain and worldwide, and we are going to develop the co-ordination of the AIT and the libertarian movement.
It is our purpose to maintain relationship with the true AIT, not with the re-founded one. We will give our support to the sections of the true AIT, and the federated syndicates of the CNT which are critical with the reformist line.
We wish to inform the AIT sections that there will be a new Federation in Spain as a result of a Congress, the first part of which will be held in November. All the AIT sections and groups in favour of our line, besides the CNT syndicates also in favour of making up the anarcho-syndicalist CNT, will be invited.

COMUNICACIÓN DESDE LA CONFERENCIA NACIONAL DE SINDICATOS PARA LA REESTRUCTURACIÓN DE LA CNT/AIT
A TODAS LAS SECCIONES DE LA AIT
En los días 25 y 26 de junio tuvo lugar la Conferencia Nacional de Sindicatos convocada por la Regional de Levante como paso previo a un proceso congresual de re-estructuración de la CNT-AIT. Las conclusiones de la regional de Levante, en relación a la AIT, que desde la conferencia se pretende transmitir a toda la afiliación de las diferentes secciones de la AIT mediante este comunicado, fueron las siguientes:
Es necesario que las secciones de la AIT tengan conocimiento del proceso congresual que se está impulsando desde la regional de Levante, y del por qué del mismo. Los sindicatos de Levante, desfederados a causa de su compromiso con los PTF (Principios, Tácticas, y Finalidades) que rigen la normativa orgánica de la CNT, estamos en contra de la deriva autoritaria, vertical y reformista de la CNT.
La CNT reformista está tratando de dar la imagen ante las distintas secciones de la AIT, de que los sindicatos desfederados son grupos de afinidad sin actividad sindical. Es importante que las secciones de la AIT sepan que eso no es cierto, que los desfederados no han dejado nunca de ser sindicatos, con sus conflictos y asesorías propios, y que sigue manteniéndose una fuerte actividad de apoyo a las campañas y conflictos de los sindicatos aún federados y críticos con la línea reformista. Sirvan como ejemplo los piquetes de apoyo a la campaña contra el Corte Inglés, con motivo de la pena de cárcel que se cernía sobre los compañeros de Barcelona que participaron en la huelga del 29-M de 2012; los piquetes de apoyo al conflicto contra la Cruz Roja en Alicante; campaña contra los despidos en Mercadona; contra The Phone House…Solo hay que consultar esta información en la red. Nunca se ha dejado la actividad sindical. Al contrario, para los desfederados el ser anarcosindicalista conlleva una labor de continuo apoyo, difusión y fomento de los conflictos del trabajo, que son la ocasión de autoformación ideológica y práctica de los trabajadores, y que de acuerdo con nuestro ideario, serán el detonante de la huelga revolucionaria. Ellos, los reformistas, son los que quieren que la CNT deje de ser anarcosindicalista, no nosotros.
Los sindicatos de Levante, aquí presentes, apoyamos la AIT, y rechazamos el proceso de formación de una AIT renovada o una nueva Internacional que la CNT reformista junto a otros sindicatos como la SAC, están tramando. Aun a pesar del bloqueo de las circulares de la AIT que ha estado llevando a cabo la CNT oficial, somos conscientes del enorme trabajo desplegado por las diferentes secciones de la AIT, y de la injustificada acusación de “escasa dedicación al trabajo sindical” que les lanzan los sindicatos impulsores de la “refundación” reformista. Queda claro que su desprecio por los actos de solidaridad internacional, tiene que ver con su afán de profesionalización sindical, que en España ha llevado a la creación de un engendro como el GTC (Gabinete Técnico Confederal), que absorbe los fondos confederales y que ha estado ayudando únicamente a los sindicatos que están en su línea ideológica, verdaderos clientes de la cúpula corrupta que hoy domina la CNT y que ha sido levantada mediante la compra de votos y el aprovechamiento de un sistema de votación injusto. El modelo de sindicalismo amarillo que ellos quieren seguir, no sólo se ha mostrado ineficiente en todos los países, sino que nos lleva a perder los ideales por los cuales nuestra organización lucha. Hacemos un llamamiento a la afiliación internacional para que abra los ojos y ataje las pretensiones de refundación reformista de la AIT.
Queremos llamar la atención sobre el hecho de que en el XI Congreso de CNT no hubo un acuerdo claro sobre el proceso de refundación de AIT, sobre la organización de una nueva internacional, o la adopción de otra manera de hacer sindicalismo. No existen los acuerdos de refundación de la AIT a los que se aluden desde la web oficial de la CNT.
Consideramos que las decisiones del XI Congreso sobre la AIT fueron contra los estatutos de la CNT, al igual que lo fueron las desfederaciones de los sindicatos anarcosindicalistas. Buena parte de las asambleas de la CNT oficial lo sabe, y está en desacuerdo con ellas.
Apoyamos la lucha internacional de los trabajadores.
Vamos a mantener relaciones entre nosotros, entre los elementos anarcosindicalistas en España y el mundo, vamos a desarrollar la coordinación internacional de la AIT y el movimiento libertario.
Vamos a mantener relaciones en España con la AIT auténtica, no con la renovada. Apoyaremos a las secciones de la AIT auténtica y a los sindicatos federados en la CNT críticos con la línea reformista.
Queremos informar a las secciones de la AIT de que habrá una nueva Confederación en España como resultado de un Congreso que tendrá su primera parte en noviembre, y al cual se invitará a las secciones de la AIT y a grupos afines, además de a los sindicatos que estén de acuerdo en la recuperación de la CNT anarcosindicalista.
